Delegates for 2024’s AFSCME International Convention Chosen

Hello Mighty 3090,

I hope you all are staying cool during these hot summer months.

I wanted to let you know that we are still waiting for our retroactive pay for the 3% COLA increase we received. Due to the new WORKDAY payroll system, we have been told it will be issued later this year. We are also waiting for any retention and/or salary notes that were negotiated. You have my word: I will make sure we receive EVERY penny that is due. Once I receive more concrete information, I will pass it long. Our next COLA increase is due October 1, 2024.

In other news, the AFSCME International Convention will be held at the Los Angeles Convention Center, August 12-16, 2024. We recently completed the delegate election, and the following members were chosen to represent our local:
