When to Expect Your COLA and Salary Notes Increases

Dear Mighty3090,

Our contract will be sent to the Los Angeles City Council on Tuesday, April 16th, for their approval.

I wanted to let you know that we anticipate our first Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) increase being included in our May paychecks. While we don’t yet have a specific date in May, the good news is that when the COLA increase does appear, it will be retroactive to Sunday, March 24th, 2024.

We do not yet have an anticipated date for the salary notes increases. When they do appear they will also be retroactive to Sunday, March 24th, 2024. Please stay tuned for updates!
