Training: Learn How to be a More Effective Union Leader
This training is for returning and new Local leaders to learn what their roles and responsibilities are according to their constitution and bylaws as well as provide the skills and knowledge officers need to lead strong, successful Local Unions.
Topics will include:
- Officer roles and responsibilities
- Conducting effective meetings
- Enhancing teamwork
- Assessing your local and developing goals and plans to strengthen the local unions
This training will be in-person only at 3375 E Slauson Ave. Vernon, CA.
